This technical processing is separate from optional advertising and analytics. Please do not put sensitive information in a page URL.

This tour website has no account registration, payment form or newsletter form. If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We will use that information to address your enquiry or privacy request and related legal obligations. Please do not email payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies and your choices

This website's Content Security Policy blocks browser event forwarding to the cloud-gateway destinations present in the Pixel's remote configuration; only the permitted Meta browser destinations can receive these optional events. Cookie settings opens Osano's preferences panel, where you can review and change your choices. Withdrawing marketing consent stops new website events and removes accessible Meta cookies on this tour domain. Reload other open tabs after changing preferences; revocation is shared across tabs when browser storage is available. It cannot remove cookies on other websites or cookies inaccessible to page scripts. You can also use your browser's cookie controls. Turning off tracking does not erase information previously collected.

Vercel and its infrastructure providers process technical information for hosting and security. Our email service processes messages you send to the privacy contact. We will limit access to enquiry information to people and service providers who need it to handle the enquiry or related obligations. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable law or a lawful request.

Vercel operates international infrastructure, so technical information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may permit access by courts or authorities. We do not promise Canada-only storage for website requests or email. These documents do not replace Mastane's responsibility for information under its control.

Retention and protection

There is no single retention period for every type of information. Hosting and security records are subject to the provider's service settings and applicable obligations; this notice does not promise a particular number of days. We will keep enquiry and privacy-request records under our control only as long as needed to resolve the matter, handle necessary follow-up and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can contact us about the retention of information relating to you.

We will limit access to personal information and use safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No online service or email transmission is completely secure. If identity verification is needed, we will request only information reasonably necessary for the request; do not send identity documents unless a suitable process has been agreed with us.

Privacy requests and complaints

Email contact@mastane.life to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion or retention, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a complaint. We will assess and respond to requests within the deadlines required by applicable law and explain any relevant limits. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies. You may also contact the appropriate Canadian privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes and optional tools

If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or personalization tools, we will update this notice to explain their actual information, purposes, recipients and choices before enabling them, and obtain consent where required. Declining optional tracking will not prevent browsing tour information or following ticket links. Where optional processing relies on consent, withdrawing consent will stop future processing based on that consent, but will not automatically undo prior processing.
